15 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your Prophesy Transportation Solutions Software Solution, you may return it within 15 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less the original shipping. To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your original ship date, call Prophesy Transportation Solutions Sales Department toll-free at 1-800-776-6706 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to Prophesy Transportation Solutions in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power and other items included with a product must be returned with it. (If for any reason a return is received back with physical damage to the item (Scratches, etc) the repair costs will be deducted out of the refund amount.) Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc. will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by Prophesy Transportation Solutions within 20 Calendar Days of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date). Items that are returned that were shipped with Free Shipping or upgraded shipping will be deducted the appropriate cost for the shipping option used. Any Order Rush Processing Charges are Non-Refundable.
